Installation happened in December NS Power in April sent me this: Thank you for contacting us. You do not yet have a bi-directional meter and therefore cannot receive credit for any power generated by the panels. We have not received the final wiring inspection for the installation of the solar array. Once we have the passing final inspection, we provide the bi-directional meter and you can start collecting credit for the power generated by the panels. We urge you to reach out to the contractor whose electrician did the installation. Please let them know we have not received a report for the final inspection and the solar array's output cannot start to be credited until that has been received. The above is for my sister Also my installation was full of issues too And had to wait a few month to start counting generation Honestly a very bad solar installer

Excellent communication. Prompt and courteous technicians. Very thorough and complete installation. Very simple to use Enphase energy app allows for real time monitoring of your system. Finished install ahead of schedule and still provides top notch customer service after the completion of the job. I'm the only one in my area with the anti-critter wire installed on my arrays. Top tier company with top tier technicians.

This Halifax company was first class! The installers were so professional and their work was very neat and precise. As a retired electrician I was more than critical with regards to the equipment placement and the finishing work. John, one of the installers, told me they treat each job like it was their own home, this showed in their work. I had 3 different companies quote to me, Eric was the person who came out to scope the job, he was professional, personable and knowledgeable! That's the full package as far as I'm concerned. Each person in this company that I was dealing with had the same qualities and professional approach. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
