Installation happened in December NS Power in April sent me this: Thank you for contacting us. You do not yet have a bi-directional meter and therefore cannot receive credit for any power generated by the panels. We have not received the final wiring inspection for the installation of the solar array. Once we have the passing final inspection, we provide the bi-directional meter and you can start collecting credit for the power generated by the panels. We urge you to reach out to the contractor whose electrician did the installation. Please let them know we have not received a report for the final inspection and the solar array's output cannot start to be credited until that has been received. The above is for my sister Also my installation was full of issues too And had to wait a few month to start counting generation Honestly a very bad solar installer
